Terms of Service

The service

Suikaar picks up unstitched fabric from your address in Karachi, stitches it at partner workshops to your chosen design and measurements, and delivers it back. Service is currently available in Karachi, Pakistan only.

Orders & pricing

• The stitching price you confirm at order time is locked. Delivery charges are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before pickup.
• Urgent and Express timelines are subject to workshop availability, confirmed before pickup.
• Payment is cash on delivery unless agreed otherwise on WhatsApp.

Your fabric & sample garments

• Riders photograph items at pickup; keep your own photo as well (we guide you after ordering).
• A sample garment sent for sizing is measured and returned with your order, washed and pressed.
• Please tell us at order time if fabric is pre-cut or unusually valuable.

Guarantees

• On-time promise: if we miss the promised ready-by date, ₨500 is deducted from your bill.
• 7-day fit guarantee: if the fitting is off, we collect, adjust, and redeliver free within 7 days of delivery.

Second-order discount

Your first order's code gives 50% off stitching on your second order. One redemption per code, claimed with the same phone number that placed the first order. We may withdraw or modify promotional offers for abuse.

Cancellations

You may cancel free of charge any time before pickup via WhatsApp. After cutting has started, charges apply for work done.

Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to fabric in our custody is limited to the reasonable market value of the fabric, evidenced by the pickup photo record. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your contact and address details. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently. You can delete your account at any time — see Account Deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Karachi.
