Account & data deletion — Suikaar app and website
You can request deletion of your Suikaar account and associated personal data at any time. Aap apna account aur data kabhi bhi delete karwa sakte hain.
How to request deletion
Email: admin@suikaar.com — subject "Delete my account", sent with your registered mobile number.
Or SMS: +92 335 2090951 — text "Delete my account" from your registered number.
We verify the request against your registered phone number, then confirm completion to you.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in (phone-based) credentials
- Profile: name, area, addresses, saved GPS pin, language preference
- Saved measurements and sizing profile
- Design material: sketches, reference photos, voice notes
What may be retained
- Basic order/transaction records (order id, amounts, dates) for accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations — retained only as long as required, then deleted
- WhatsApp message history is controlled in your own WhatsApp; we delete our copy of your thread on request
Timeline
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request. Active orders must be completed or cancelled first.
